## Installation: how to set up integration with Zoom
* Open the chat with FlyMeet
* In the lower left corner, click the blue **"FlyMeet"** icon
* In the window that opens, click **"Settings"** in the lower right corner
* Fill all the gaps with personal information
* At the very bottom, find the **integration with Zoom** and click **"Connect"**
* In the window that opens, click **the blue button**
* **Log in** your Zoom account in an appropriate way
* Click **"Allow this app to use my shared access permissions"** and then the button **"Allow"**
* In the window that opens, click **"Open in Telegram"**
Now an integration with zoom has been successfully connected!
## Usage: how to use FlyMeet
### How to quickly create a meeting with Zoom integration
1. Go to the chat (or a group) with the person you want to invite
2. Enter **@flymeetbot** and space
3. In the pop-up list, select the desired action **"Quick meeting in Zoom"**
### How to schedule a meeting with Zoom integration
#### 1) If you make it yourself
1. Open the chat with FlyMeet
2. In the lower left corner, click the blue **"FlyMeet"** icon
3. In the window that opens, click **"Create new event"**
5. Choose date and time
6. Choose Zoom
6. Add participants via @...
7. Create name and description of a meeting (**if needed)**
8. Click **"Schedule meeting"**
The meeting is scheduled now!
#### 2) If you receive an invitation
1. Open an invitation
2. Click on the **"Select meeting time" button** OR the **link**
3. Choose date and time
4. Choose Zoom
### How to set up notifications and connection to Meetings
1. Open the chat with FlyMeet
2. In the lower left corner, click the blue **"FlyMeet"** icon
3. In the window that opens, click **"Settings"** in the lower right corner
4. Go to **"Notifications"** and choose a platform for receiving notifications before a meeting
When the meeting is planned, all the members receive notifications (via bot or e-mail).
**Notifications appear:**
* when a meeting is scheduled
* 5 minutes before a meeting (a reminder)
* when a meeting has begun
* when a meeting has ended
**Notifications include:**
* Date and time
* Link and password
* Connection button (appears 5 minutes before а meeting)
## How to remove integration with Zoom
1. Open the chat with FlyMeet
2. In the lower left corner, click the blue **"FlyMeet"** icon
3. In the window that opens, click **"Settings"** in the lower right corner
4. At the very bottom, find the **integration with Zoom** and click **"Disonnect"**
