If you have manually agreed on the day and time of the meeting in chat, you don't need to enter everything from scratch in FlyMeet - just select messages with actual information and forward them to the bot, and then it will plan everything by itself.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Chat with the right person/group of people to arrange a day and time to meet;

You can also:

  • choose a platform (Zoom or Yandex.Telemost);

  • name the duration of the meeting.

Done: notifications will be sent to all members whose messages have been forwarded to the bot.
